Accolade Inc. (Nasdaq: ACCD): An independent health benefits navigator for employees of large companies that went public in July 2020.

Agilon Health Inc. (NYSE: AGL): Provider of software that connects primary care physicians with patients enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, which are administered by private insurers; went public in April.

Alignment Healthcare Inc. (Nasdaq: ALHC): a population health management company that offers Medicare Advantage health plans to seniors; it went public in March.

Amwell (NYSE: AMWL): Boston-based company that sells its telemedicine software to healthcare providers to connect doctors to patients via online video; it went public in September 2020. 

CareCloud Health Inc. (Nasdaq: MTBC): Miami-based provider of cloud-based software for practice management, electronic health records and medical billing for doctors and medical groups; made 16 acquisitions since 2014.

Caremax (Nasdaq: CMAX): Provider of value-based care and chronic disease management to seniors through its data and analytics software for physicians and through medical centers it operates.

Clover Health Investments Corp. (Nasdaq: CLOV): A tech-enabled preferred provider organization (PPO) and health maintenance organization (HMO) with a Medicare contract; went public in January via a SPAC merger.

Convey Holding (NYSE: CNVY): A healthcare services and technology company that advises health plans; it went public in June.

Doximity (NYSE: DOCS): A social network for medical professionals that went public in June.

GoHealth Inc. (Nasdaq: GOCO): A health insurance marketplace and Medicare-focused digital health company; went public in July 2020.

GoodRx (Nasdaq: GDRX): A Santa Monica, California, -based operator of a telemedicine platform with a free app that tracks prescription drug prices and provides discounts; it went public in September 2020.

Hims & Hers Health (NYSE: HIMS): A telemedicine company focused on personal wellness; went public via a SPAC in January.

LifeStance Health Group (Nasdaq: LFST): A national provider of in-person and online mental health services that went public in June.

Oak Street Health (NYSE: OSH): A network of value-based primary healthcare centers for Medicare patients; went public in August 2020.

One Medical (Nasdaq: ONEM): A San Francisco-based chain of primary healthcare clinics and provider online healthcare that went public in January.

Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR): A New York-based health insurance company focused on telemedicine; it went public in March.

Privia Health Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PRVA): Uses cloud-based technology and third-party apps to remove administrative burdens for physicians and help them deliver value-based in-person and virtual healthcare; it went public in April.

Sharecare (Nasdaq: SHCR): Atlanta-based provider of personalized health and wellness information to consumers; went public in July after a merger with a SPAC.

Signify Health Inc. (NYSE: SGFY): A Dallas-based provider of value-based payment programs, in-home health evaluations and healthcare provider networks for healthcare plans; it went public in February.

SOC Telemed (Nasdaq: TLMD): Self-described as the largest US provider of acute care telemedicine services.

Talkspace Inc. (Nasdaq: TALK): A New York -based provider of psychotherapy by licensed professionals via video, audio and text messaging; went public in June via a SPAC.
