Wanda comes to Fay Servicing with over 21 years of Mortgage Default experience.� She previously worked at Fannie Mae, First American and Washington Mutual. Prior to joining Fay Servicing Wanda led a team of Foreclosure consultants at Fannie Mae that traveled to servicer’s with underperforming foreclosure timelines to provide operational support, share industry best practices and train the foreclosure process.� Prior to Fannie Mae Wanda led the Default Outsource Operation for First American Corporation. Prior to First American, Wanda was an Assistant Vice President of Foreclosure at Washington Mutual Mortgage.� Her roles at Washington Mutual included Multi-Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Risk Management, Master Servicing, timeline monitoring and she played a major role in the development of all Default’s control, inventory and performance reports and scorecards to reduce the overall exposure in foreclosure.� During her nearly 10 years at Washington Mutual, Wanda moved within the company from processing loans up the ranks to management giving her hands on experience in foreclosure and Bankruptcy.� Additionally, she moved with Washington Mutual to Chicago to start-up a relocated Foreclosure and Bankruptcy department.� Wanda has participated in several USFN & AFN conference panels and keeps up with the every changing default compliance issues and recently participated in the facilitation of a CLE (continuing legal education) in New York City to train judges, referee’s and court officials on the benefits of a DIL and how it can help the homeowner that cannot afford to keep their home.� She also spent time training 8 of Fannie Mae’s largest New York attorney firms on how to conduct New York settlement conferences.
