Tim Rinaman, a group vice president at Citizant, has more than 20 years of experience managing entrepreneurial IT organizations. His experience in the enterprise architecture arena began with the information engineering methodology and computer-aided software engineering tools in the mid-1980s. During his career, Rinaman led teams delivering services to defense and civilian government agencies, including the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services and multiple commands in the Department of Defense. Rinaman was commissioned into the U.S. Marine Corps and served as a combat engineering and logistics officer in the Fleet Marine Force, then managed officer promotions at Headquarters Marine Corps.
