Susan Warner-Dooley, A.A.E., I.A.P, is National Director of Aviation Strategic, Business and Financial Planning for HNTB Corporation. Warner-Dooley works with airports nationwide in the areas of strategic assessment and planning, financial policy and analysis, and capital program funding, as well as airline relations and rates structures, and commercial operations and development. Susan has more than 20 years of airport related experience and has served as a senior airport executive for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission, the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department and the Columbus Airports Authority, directing airport strategic and business planning, accounting and capital finance, airlines affairs, properties and commercial management and general administration while interfacing with all functional areas of airport operations and capital development in roles as airport general counsel and airport CFO. She has also served as an airport financial consultant preparing capital funding plans and financial feasibility studies for large, medium and small hub airports. Prior to entering the airport industry, she was an attorney specializing in financings, construction contracting and complex transactions for private and public sector clients. Warner-Dooley is an Accredited Airport Executive by the American Association of Airport Executives and an accredited International Airport Professional by the ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Program. Susan participates in several professional organizations including Airports Council International-NA, American Association of Airport Executives, Transportation Research Board and the International Aviation Womens Association. Susan earned a Juris Doctorate and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from The Ohio State University.
