He has held executive positions with Cigna Corp., U.S. Healthcare, Aetna, and GE. Most recently, he was strategic advisor to the president of Walgreens Health & Wellness Division.Dr. Fabius has written and lectured extensively on building cultures of health, health and productivity, quality management, population health, healthcare utilization management, credentialing and network development, and the matrix of healthcare purchasers, payers, providers and patients\/employees.He also has a track record of entrepreneurial success, serving as president and chief medical officer for i-TRAX (AMEX:DMX) prior to its successful sale to Walgreens in 2008.
