Patricia Coffey is a senior vice president in the Technology & Operations group of Allstate Insurance Company.Working at the nation’s largest publically held insurance company, Coffey has shaped strategic technology solutions felt by Allstate’s employees and its customers. Under her leadership, an integrated marketing and sales platform was created to deliver information and capabilities across agency offices, mobile devices, the web, and call centers thus enabling Allstate customers to interact with the company when, where and how they choose. More recently Coffey has focused on delivery of enterprise solutions and services aimed at improving the company’s effectiveness.Prior to her role with Technology & Operations, Coffey was the head of technology for Allstate Financial. There, she implemented the award-winning AccessAllstate Website - the number one site for financial producers – and achieved cost reductions while simultaneously improving availability of all systems.A employee of Allstate for more than 30 years, Coffey has held a variety of positions, initiating technology solutions in such areas as policy administration, sales force automation, CRM, ERP and data warehousing, including personal lines insurance, reinsurance, and commercial lines insurance.Away from Allstate, Ms. Coffey serves as Chair Emeritus for the Society for Information Management and is a member of the society’s Advanced Practices Council. She is a member of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management’s Board of Directors, and she has been honored with inclusion on such lists as the Computerworld’s Premier100 IT Leaders and Insurance Network News’ Women of Influence.A native of Kildeer, Illinois, Coffey earned her bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science from National Louis University and her MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
