As Head of Wells Fargo’s Physical Channel - Equipment & Information Security group, Michael is responsible for the physical technology & information security in Wells Fargo’s 6,200 stores and its 12,800 ATM network.�His team strives for the delivery of those technologies and resulting customer experiences to reflect to our customers that ‘we know them at every moment of the relationship, by making it easy and clear, providing the right guidance and solutions, and ensuring they feel valued…and that those technologies will be delivered in a uniqueness and at a level far superior to the competition.’Michael obtained his BA from Baylor University and bolstered his banking know-how via the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.� He began his professional career as leader of Customer Service Training at Southwest Airlines before joining Wells Fargo in the mid ‘90s. �He has held numerous roles including experiences leading Customer Service/Phone Banking teams, New Account Fulfillment, Application Web Design and subsequently Physical Channel Technology and Security.� He’s the blessed father of three wonderful children and married to his wonderful wife, Yvette, for 21 years.
