Mark Rockefeller

Mark L. Rockefeller is the Co-Founder & CEO of StreetShares, Inc., an emerging peer-to-business funding marketplace focused on affinity-based lending. Mark began his career as a military officer and attorney. Following military service in Iraq, Mark worked on a micro-finance project in Africa and as a researcher at Columbia University. He later joined the prominent financial services law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where his law practice focused on securities, financial restructuring, and international investment disputes. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and advanced degrees in business and law. He is a term member on the Council on Foreign Relations.
