Laura has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently leads B2B marketing and consumer behavior research at LoyaltyEdge from American Express, a leading provider of white-labeled loyalty solutions. In this role she has met with leading minds in both new and existing loyalty verticals and provides unique insights into how to create a compelling rewards program that drives value across organizations. She brings her extensive background in consulting, strategic planning and business management to her work.Laura joined American Express in 2012 and has held strategy, business development and partnership positions in OPEN and Enterprise Growth, all focused on driving customer acquisition, loyalty and retention. Prior to American Express, Laura has held various roles across JPMorgan’s Investment Bank, Private Bank and Worldwide Securities Services with a focus on sales, relationship management, global account planning and client engagement methodology. At HSBC Securities she managed the direction and execution of investor-related events in the Americas.Laura holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Logistics, Transportation & Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.�
