Kyle Barnett is the Head of Personal and Small Business Sales Force Effectiveness for BMO Harris Bank, which has over 2 million customers and 650 bank branches located across 7 states.��� BMO Harris is part of BMO Financial Group, one of North America�s leading financial service providers.�Mr. Barnett joined BMO Harris Bank in 2010 when he was recruited to develop and deploy sales performance operating model for the branch network.� This robust and high-performing model is focused on achieving significant and ongoing improvement in productivity, customer experience and financial results.� Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Mr. Barnett worked for Citizens Financial Group (part of Royal Bank of Scotland) where he had a variety of roles in Business Banking including front line sales management, business strategy and sales support.�Mr. Barnett holds a BA from SwarthmoreCollege and earned his MBA from HarvardBusinessSchool. He was selected to the Crain�s Chicago Business 40 under 40 in 2011.
