Kimberly Linton is responsible for consumer and corporate businesses across the retail and dotcom channels as the Director of Gift Card and Gifting for Sephora North America. Previously Kimberly led the strategy team for a variety of cross functional Sephora.com service initiatives, including the launch of Sephora Flash 2-Day shipping program.� Prior to joining Sephora she was at Target for four years as a Buyer in the Grocery division. She began her career at McKinsey & Company in the New Jersey and London offices. Kimberly received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.
