Prior to co-founding Dragnet Solutions in 2004, Mr. Cot� was a portfolio manager for J & W Seligman & Co., a New York-based investment management firm with approximately $40 billion in assets under management. Mr. Cot� was part of the Technology Team which managed $18 billion in technology-focused mutual funds, and he led the sector team that analyzed and coordinated technology investments across all Seligman portfolios. He also chaired the investment committee that managed a $2 billion portfolio of venture capital and fund-to-fund investments. During his tenure at Seligman, he spoke frequently on technology and investment related topics.Before joining Seligman, Mr. Cot� spent 14 years in the banking industry financing technology companies. He started a merchant banking group offering services to technology companies at PNC in the Mid-Atlantic region, and was one of the co-founders of Comerica Bank�s technology lending group in Silicon Valley in 1991.� He led the group�s expansion to Southern California in 1994.Mr. Cot� has a BS degree in Development Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from UCLA.�
