Dorothy Briggs is vice president of marketing for The Dialog Corporation, a provider of online information, technology, knowledge management and e-commerce solutions. Her background includes software development at Logica, technical management at Ernst & Young and Andersen Consulting, and software marketing at Intersolv and PSINet. She repositioned Muscat�s search-and-retrieval products into the knowledge management arena and launched The Dialog Corporation�s k-working suite of knowledge management software in 1999 when Muscat was acquired by The Dialog Corporation. She is an associate of the Royal College of Science.
