David has more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, strategy, marketing, communications and client management. He began his career in banking, serving in various capacities including risk management, business lending, financial center management and mortgage origination.David entered the Rewards & Payments industry in the late 1990�s with Connexions Loyalty where he was responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships with some of the nation�s largest financial institutions.� Now with BB&T, David leads BB&T�s Consumer and Business BankCard Rewards Management to drive and ensure customer loyalty and engagement.A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and Industrial Relations, David is an active volunteer for the YMCA, United Way and other charitable organizations.
