Working in the Global Marketplace Insights group at American Express, Charitie is responsible for delivering research insights and informing product and engagement strategies across the Consumer Card business. She currently leads research for the Charge Card portfolio of products and played an instrumental role in the design, launch and evolution of ZYNC from American Express.Charitie has over 13 years of Market Research experience and is a consistent advocate for the customer in every of product and service decision. She has expertise in New Product Development, Customer Loyalty and Acquisition and Communications and Messaging. Prior to joining American Express, Charitie managed primary research at Time Inc., driving subscriber loyalty and newsstand sales across their publications. Charitie has a BA from New York University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
