Campbell Edlund founded EMI Strategic Marketing in 1989, inspired by a desire to create relationship marketing focused on driving sales channel velocity and productivity. Her career has spanned both consulting and agency leadership of Fortune 100 accounts in financial services and technology sectors, and execution of product launches, customer acquisition and cross-sell programs using digital, direct, call center and social media channels. She has led successful payments marketing initiatives for many financial leaders, including SunTrust, PNC, Bank of America, Wachovia, Citizens, Intuit and Fifth Third. She received her AB from Harvard University and her MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
