Andrew Gillen

Andrew currently is a Vice President in Global Products and Solutions at MasterCard Worldwide. In that role, he leads MasterCard’s U.S. prepaid debit card programs for the public sector and higher education. Prior to joining MasterCard, Andrew led public sector sales and relationship management teams for a large commercial card issuer. Before entering the payments industry, Andrew served in the White House, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the State of New Jersey’s OMB, as well. Andrew is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a master’s degree in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania, where he has served as an adjunct member of the faculty.
