KPMG's M&A Outlook Survey Results

KPMG expects 2013 to be a strong year for M&A activity, after coming off a rocky 2012, says KPMG's Dan Tiemann in this video interview. Additionally, deal size is expected to stay small. In fact, 91 percent of survey respondents expect deal size to be less than $499 million, according to KMPG's 2013 M&A Outlook Survey, which was conducted in partnership with SourceMedia Research.
