WCG Buys Partners for Medical Education

The target provides patient programs and educational materials for people living with rare diseases, chronic illnesses and life threatening conditions

WCG has acquired Partners for Medical Education Inc. (PME) for an undisclosed amount.

PME delivers patient programs and educational materials for people living with rare diseases, chronic illnesses and life-threatening conditions.

San Francisco-based WCG is a communications firm that is part of W2O Group, a group of marketing, communications, research and development companies that focus on business services. They include Twist Mktg, W2O Digital and BrewLife, which was launched on Jan. 6.

The deal should expand WCG’s direct-to-patient advocacy and education offerings for its healthcare clients.
