Vanguard Natural Resources LLC (NYSE: VNR) will acquire non-operated oil and gas assets in Montana for $131 million.

The company acquires and develops oil and natural gas properties, primarily in west Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Oklahoma and Mississippi.

The company expects the deal to close by Dec. 31 and be immediately accretive to cash flow.
