Babson Capital provided the subordinated financing for the transaction

 Private equity firm Stone Arch Capital has recapitalized Asset Marketing Services with help from Babson Capital Management LLC.

Asset management firm Babson provided subordinated debt and made an equity co-investment in the deal.

Asset Marketing Services is a direct marketer of collectible coins and branded jewlry and watches.

Stone Arch, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., invests primarily in lower-middle market companies.
