Riverside Purchases Transportation Company MNX

Private equity firm the Riverside Co. will purchase MNX.
MNX, headquartered in Los Angeles, provides transportation and logistics services. The company’s primary service is expedited transport of high-value items on a same-day basis.
In February MNX acquired a division of AirNet that provides same-day or next-day flight delivery services.
On Nov. 7, Riverside announced its 300th acquisition, Learning Seat Pty Ltd., which develops electronic learning courses.
