Rightster, a video distribution company, has acquired Preview Networks.

Preview, headquartered in Copenhagen, is an international provider of digital distribution services for the movie industry. The deal should expand Rightster’s services across Europe, including its YouTube management and direct sales capabilities.

London-based Rightster already distributes movie trailers across Europe, but the acquisition will allow it to expand its presence in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Nordic region. Preview’s clients include the Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS), Havaianas, MTV, Peugeot SA and Sony Corp. (NYSE: SNE). Terms of the deal were not disclosed
