PwC Acquires Social Media Consulting Firm

Ant’s Eye View, a Seattle firm, provides digital marketing services

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) purchased Seattle-based Ant’s Eye View (AEV), a social media strategy development and consulting firm, for an undisclosed price.

Minneapolis-based investment bank Greene Holcomb & Fisher LLC brokered the sale on behalf of AEV.

Former AEV founders, chief executive Sean O’Driscoll and Jake McKee, have joined PwC as principals. The AEV business will be folded into PwC’s existing social and digital unit, which assists companies with their marketing strategies.

AEV also has offices in San Jose, Calif. and Austin, Texas.
