Pendrell Buys Stake in Provitro

Provitro, formerly known as Booshoot, is a bamboo forestry company

Pendrell Corp. (Nasdaq: PCO) has acquired a majority stake in bamboo forestry company Provitro Biosciences LLC for an undisclosed amount.
