PE firm Bunker Hill Invests in Vesta Partners

Vesta provides consulting services

Boston private equity firm Bunker Hill Capital has invested in Vesta Partners LLC. Terms of the investment weren’t disclosed.

Vesta, based in Stamford, Conn., provides functional and technical consulting services to companies in the utilities, mining, rail, oil and gas and manufacturing industries.

Bunker Hill made the investment through portfolio company IT Holdings. The firm invests in lower-middle market companies and its portfolio includes California Family Fitness, Papa Gino’s/D’Angelo and Smith & Wollensky.
