Juggernaut Capital Invests in DDP
DDP provides retail merchandising, new store set-up and products services for retailers
Private equity firm Juggernaut Capital Partners LP has made an investment in DDP Holdings, a retail company.
Tampa, Fla.-based DDP provides retail merchandising, new store set-ups and products services for retailers, manufacturers and brands.
The PE firm partnered with Palm Beach Capital and management for the deal. Palm Beach, based in West Palm Beach, Fla., is a private equity firm that is actively investing out of its third fund, which has $133.5 million in committed capital.
Juggernaut, headquartered in Chevy Chase, Md., focuses on companies in the business services and consumer products sectors. The firm’s portfolio companies include Advantage Sales and Marketing, CR Brands and Voss of Norway ASA.
In November DDP acquired Impact Resource Group, a company that also provides merchandising services.
