Intelligent Software Buys Xpect Software Assets

The assets include a product called Dfuze that is used in counterterrorism operations

Intelligent Software Solutions has acquired Xpect Software LLC’s assets for an undisclosed amount.

Mount Laurel, N.J.-based Xpect provides data analysis and management services to federal, state and local governments in 22 countries. The company’s software helps users identify, visualize and analyze information.

The company’s main product, called Dfuze, is used in counterterrorism operations for counter improvised explosive devices and explosive ordnance disposal.

Intelligent Software, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., provides software services that combine data analysis and visualization.
