High Road Capital Completes Accurate Deal
The target distributes industrial fasteners, hardware and components to manufacturers
Private equity firm High Road Capital Partners has wrapped up the acquisition for Accurate Components Sales Inc. days after selling a portfolio company to Nuance Communications Inc.
New Brighton, Minn.-based Accurate distributes industrial fasteners, hardware and components to manufacturers in the upper Midwest.
This is the ninth acquisition for High Road Capital Partners Fund I LP, the PE firm’s first fund. The company has also completed 10 add-on acquisitions from the fund.
U.S. Bank and Northstar Capital provided financing for the transaction. Terms weren’t disclosed.
The private equity firm on Dec. 4 sold Accentus to Nuance Communications Inc.
