Cyber Kiosk Buys XSKN Stake

XSKN makes silicone products for iPhones, iPads, iPods and computer keyboards

Cyber Kiosk Solutions Inc. is buying 25 percent of XSKN Inc., a Chinese company that makes silicone products for iPhones, iPads, iPods and computer keyboards.

XSKN has sold more than 3 million cases and keyboard skins. The company also makes products for Samsung devices.

The deal should allow XSKN to transition distribution to North America.

Cyber Kiosk, headquartered in Coral Springs, Fla., distributes company-owned kiosks that allow users to pay bills in cash and get discounts on retail items. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
