Confie Seguros Buys Four Insurance Companies
The insurance company has completed 19 transactions in 2012
Insurance provider Confie Seguros has acquired four regional insurance companies in Florida and Nevada for an undisclosed amount.
The insurance company purchased Maurisset Insurance, CNS Insurance Services, Briar Bay Insurance and Got Insurance.
Buena Park, Calif.-based Confie Seguros has completed 19 transactions in 2012. The company purchased Stonewood Insurance Services Inc. in August, and Bradley Insurance Agency Inc., A Auto Insurance World and Westside Auto in July.
