Clark Group Buys Preprint Logistics

The buyer is owned by private equity firm the Gores Group

The Clark Group Inc. has completed its acquisition of Preprint Logistics Management for an undisclosed amount.

Preprint Logistics, headquartered in Bloomfield, Conn., distributes and transports newspaper circulars and advertising materials.

Trenton, N.J.-based Clark is owned by Los Angeles private equity firm the Gores Group. The company provides logistics services for executing supply chains for the print-media industry.

Gores’ other portfolio companies include J. Mendel, Tiburon and Alliance Entertainment LLC.
