Ennovate is an energy company that provides services in Colorado, Nebraska, Montana and Wyoming

Ameresco Inc. (NYSE: AMRC) has bought Ennovate Corp.’s assets.

Ennovate is an energy service company that serves schools, higher-education facilities, municipalities and counties in Colorado, Nebraska, Montana and Wyoming.

Ameresco, headquartered in Framingham, Mass., provides energy efficiency, infrastructure upgrades and renewable energy services to its customers.

Ameresco’s and Ennovate’s Colorado offices will be combined into Ennovate’s Aurora, Colo, headquarters. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
