21 Centrale Expands Portfolio with French Stationary Firm

Editions Oberthur is a French stationary and paper manufacturer

Private equity firm 21 Centrale Partners has bought French stationary manufacturer Editions Oberthur from TCR Capital.

Editions Oberthur, based in Rennes, France, makes paper products, including stationary and school products. The company has annual sales of about $52.5 million. Terms weren’t disclosed.

21 Centrale, headquartered in Paris, will look for add-on opportunities in France and across Europe. The firm’s portfolio companies include Ethical Coffee Co., Daltys and ABL Lights Group.
