Headwaters MB Hires Principal
Peter Nam will join the firms expanding Orange County, California office.

Middle-market investment bank Headwaters MB has hired Peter Nam as a principal in the firms Irvine, California office.
Nam previously held investment banking positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Robertson Stephens and Dain Rauscher Wessels. Most recently, he was a vice president at Kerlin Capital Group, having joined the firm in 2005.

As Southern California continues to incubate great middle market companies, Headwaters grows to serve their unique needs. Peter has already contributed significantly to our momentum.
Headwaters announced Nams appointment on Thursday, but according to a press release, he began working with the firm in June.
In May, Headwaters hired Andrew Paff, former chief executive officer of Cedar Point Communications, to lead its telecom group. According to the company website, Headwaters completed $4 billion in transactions over the past three years.
