REFUND POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEES

All AM&AA Winter conference requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to the AM&AA Office. Requests may be e-mailed or mailed (contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honored.

FULL REFUNDS – MORE THAN 4 WEEKS NOTICE
To receive a full refund (minus a $75 administration fee), AM&AA must receive written requests no later than December 16, 2015.

NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 16, 2015
Requests for refunds AM&AA receives after December 16, 2015 will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitution Policy:
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
